We took a quick trip to Las Vegas a few weeks ago. Most of the pictures I took were just snap shots of the kids doing touristy things. I did put on the wide angle lens though and take this one photograph of the strip. It seems that every time I go there, there is one more building or hotel being constructed where I thought there couldn’t possibly be room. What an interesting city.

I attended the tulip festival this year with my sisters. We left all of our children with their dads and grandpa and enjoyed the morning together. I took the rare, kid-free opportunity and explored the gardens with my macro lens. It was a cool morning and the flowers were breathtaking.
